Customer must have a nursery or garden related retail store to qualify for wholesale pricing. Delivery to your store location only – no drop ships.

To receive a catalog or to set up a new account the following must be provided to a. silvestri co.

  • A legible copy of your business license
  • A signed and completed resale card
  • A completed credit application
  • Two proofs of business id i.e., business card, company letterhead, copy of an advertisement, etc….

Initial order: $2,000.00 minimum with the exception of Oregon and Washington states.

All other orders thereafter, are $2,000.00 for delivery. No minimum required for will call orders.

Oregon and Washington: $2,500.00 minimum required for all orders. Nevada: $1,500.00 minimum required for all orders.

Note: we ship out of state only to Oregon & Washington. For any other states, arrangements must be made for shipping. Out of state orders that are picked up must be prepaid.

Our merchandise will be blanket wrapped for shipping. For out of area deliveries, our truck is an 18 wheeler and has a lift gate and we have one driver. You will need to have 1-2 men to help remove items from the truck, and possibly a fork lift, depending on the merchandise being delivered.

New customers are on a cod basis for the first year. Upon completion and approval of credit application, terms will be extended at net 30 days. Interest will be charged at 1.5% on all accounts over 30 days. We do accept visa and MasterCard.

Cancelled completed orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The acceptance of any individual account will be subject to the approval of the manager.
